Graaf Reinett Clay Target Shooting

Lootsberg Pass

We left Johannesburg in pouring rain on Thursday and so lost about half an hour in early morning
Richard & Frank At Practice
rain bogged traffic. From Alberton on it was plain sailing except for the seven minutes through a hail storm just passed Colesburg.

As always the Murrays are always there for the shooters and we dropped off our guns and first parked off for a chat. These are real special people who love the sport and g out of their way to make all the shooters feel at home. The guy who moans - please go home.

Manually Operated - Love It
First thing I was asked when we arrived at the club on Friday was "why has the Blog Died". It hasn't "Northern Lights Guns and Ammo", go and click on the link and have a look. It's been loads of work and I have also helped a bit with the marketing and advertising.
died I was just not there to keep it going. I do have an excuse. I now do all the admin for

Arseniou Family
Anyway, back to Graaf-Reinett shoot. The weather down here is beautiful and our B&B is also excellent. There are about 65 guns from as far as Limpopo and northern Gauteng.

The Beautiful Eastern Cape
The Arseniou familly was well represented with three generations now shooting. Johnny Senior No 997, Emmanuel No 5355 Johnny Junior No 5650, Basil I still have to find.

Tim Murray Making Some Adjustments
Once again the beautiful Eastern Cape has been lovely to visit - we will be back.
